We had a wonderful time, the host was very responsive. The beds are INSANELY comfortable. The place was pristine and so comfortable. Would absolutely recommend and hope we can stay again someday!

We had a wonderful stay at Stays By OG! The apartment was beautiful, spotless, and the perfect size for our group of 4 adults and 2 children. We enjoyed it so much that we even added an extra night because we didn’t want to leave so soon.The location was amazing, literally right across the street from the beach. They provided beach essentials, which made our stay even more convenient. I loved the decor, wall art, and lighting throughout the apartment; it felt warm, welcoming, stylish, and thoughtfully designed. The beds were incredibly comfortable which provided a great night’s sleep after long days in the sun. I also appreciated that they offer a high chair and Pack ‘n Play for families with little ones, even though we didn’t need them. And the best part being right above a delicious ice cream shop! It quickly became a favorite stop for our family. The hosts clearly pay attention to the details, and it shows. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend Stays By OG.

We visited Cocoa Beach for Thanksgiving and rented two side by side units from OG — five adults in one, six in the other. The units were pristine with a barely used feel, well appointed, and the beds were heavenly. The ocean is a brief walk across N. Atlantic Ave with easy beach access. We had a beautiful relaxing time here! When we walked through the front door we instantly fell in love with the OG scent — when you stay here you will know what I mean! Beautifully decorated and spacious. If you want comfort and a good night sleep then the beds in this home will not disappoint! Thank you OG for a great stay.

The house was absolutely stunning and the dock was beautiful on the water. It was such a wonderful house, there was nothing we didn't like at all.

this was one of our favorite Airbnb places we have stayed at! We couldn't have asked for a better experience. The owners were quick to respond when we asked for a dinner recommendation. They sent us to the best burrito shop we have had! We hope to stay here again next time we are in town! thanks for a great few nights!

Francis was an exceptional host—friendly, responsive, and made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. The apartment itself is immaculate. Everything is brand new—modern appliances, stylish furniture, and thoughtful touches throughout. It truly felt like stepping into a high-end boutique stay. The cleanliness was outstanding—spotless in every corner, which made us feel instantly comfortable and at home. Pet-friendly, family-friendly, and just steps away from the beach. We're already planning our next visit!

House is new, well decorated, and clean. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely return in the future!

The condo was very clean with an excellent location, plenty of room for the kids with bunk beds and thief own bathroom. We live in Cape Canaveral and rented this condo for family members, kids and grandkids coming to visit, it was an excellent value and we will certainly be back! Date of arrival - March 13, 2026

We had such a great stay! The place was spotless when we arrived, and the beds were honestly some of the most comfortable we’ve ever slept in. The location was perfect—just a super easy walk to the beach, which made everything so convenient. The host was amazing—quick to respond and very friendly throughout our stay. The house was also incredibly well-stocked with everything you could possibly need, from kitchen essentials to beach gear, which made it feel like a home away from home. Overall, such a great experience—we would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting!

While our visit was short, we loved our stay in this home. Very clean, nicely decorated, well equipped, and a convenient location for all we had planned. Communication with Kate was excellent and check in was a breeze. We will certainly return when we visit family in the area in the future.

This place was top notch!! Very clean, very comfortable and the beds were just amazing to sleep in. They had everything we needed during the stay. We arrived a few hrs early and even though we couldn’t check into the place early they let us use the beach things to hang out at the beach and also put our items we needed in the refrigerator. I felt so comfortable and also safe being in this place. I would highly recommend this place and if I ever come back to cocoa beach I will be staying at one of their properties again.

Great pool and canal-front dock. Loved sitting on the dock early morning for coffee and in the evening for sunset followed by stargazing.

Stayed with a group of friends for an annual softball tournament. We all mutually agreed that we will stay every year in this home. It was beautiful, well maintained, and a team of hosts that assisted with any need. Looking forward to coming back next year.

The duplex was great, especially for a large group. Both units were relatively new and clean.

The place was clean, quiet, and very comfortable. The bathroom was spotless, and the kitchen had everything needed for cooking. I also really appreciated how private and soundproof the space felt, which made it easy to relax and rest. The location was convenient as well, with grocery stores and other essentials nearby. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and I would recommend it to others.

The condo was wonderful to stay in. All brand new amenities and very clean. Enjoyed that it was close to everything but felt so private. Would definitely stay again — if not at this property then at another OG property!

Really nice place, great spot just above an ice cream shop. Everything was well maintained and so, so clean. This is one of the cleanest places I have ever stayed, and I can't emphasize enough how nice it is to crawl into clean sheets.The kitchen has everything you need and the showers are very nice. The beach is walkable and there's a good view of rocket launching.The only thing to be aware of is that the outdoor patio faces a main roadway and there's a bit of traffic noise when sitting outside. Unnoticeable from inside.

Great, clean space and close to the beach

We really enjoyed our stay! The place was clean and felt homey and very comfortable. Beds were comfortable and the location was nearby everything. My infant and toddler slept great and even my mom (who is hard to please) liked the place! I would recommend this place and we would definitely book again.

Clean, modern, and exactly as described. Easy self check-in, great host communication, and an excellent Cocoa Beach location. It was a quick walk to the beach. The balcony and overall comfort made it a really easy stay. Would book again.

We arrived slightly before time due to early flight arrival and messaged the host — the door was remotely opened straight away, which was fantastic. The apartment was absolutely amazing, even better than the pics. The whole design and layout was fantastic and extremely well thought out. Any questions we had were answered almost immediately. If I'm in the area again I would 100% book this again. You will not find better.

The home was incredibly clean and the showers were amazing. The open, modern floor plan was perfect for spending time with family and friends. The TV is enormous like a movie theater, and one of the highlights was watching a huge lightning storm from the porch, with lightning striking the ocean in the distance. Affordable, convenient, beautiful, clean, and modern — would stay again!

Absolutely a beautiful place in a perfect location — and we all have that late night sweet tooth and an ice cream shop is next door. What more can you ask for? Absolutely beautiful place and wonderful experience. Loved every waking moment.
