Jeannie’s Sunrise Suite is located 1.7 miles south of the 520/A1A intersection — just one block from the beach and across the street from the iconic “I Dream of Jeannie Lane.”

Head south on A1A approximately 1.7 miles from the 520 intersection. The property will be on the right hand side. Turn right on Esther Drive and the parking entrance will be on the left. The unit is up the stairs on the right hand side.

This place was top notch!! Very clean, very comfortable and the beds were just amazing to sleep in. They had everything we needed during the stay. We arrived a few hrs early and even though we couldn’t check into the place early they let us use the beach things to hang out at the beach and also put our items we needed in the refrigerator. I felt so comfortable and also safe being in this place. I would highly recommend this place and if I ever come back to cocoa beach I will be staying at one of their properties again.
