This house is wonderful! We loved the location and how easy it was to walk to the beach! It was very clean, beautifully decorated and had so many extras. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. We would definitely recommend this home and we would love to stay again.

This place was top notch!! Very clean, very comfortable and the beds were just amazing to sleep in. They had everything we needed during the stay. We arrived a few hrs early and even though we couldn’t check into the place early they let us use the beach things to hang out at the beach and also put our items we needed in the refrigerator. I felt so comfortable and also safe being in this place. I would highly recommend this place and if I ever come back to cocoa beach I will be staying at one of their properties again.

Amazing Experience!!

Great location across from the beach and just minutes from all the dining and shopping spots in downtown. Beautiful new construction with lots of space and very clean. We really enjoyed our time and Stays by OG were great to deal with.

We had a wonderful family stay! The home was exactly as described, with a great layout and plenty of space for everyone. The kids loved the heated pool, fishing from the dock, and seeing both a manatee and a dolphin right in the canal! The dual primary suites were a huge plus, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The location was perfect—close to Cocoa Beach, the pier, restaurants, and attractions while still feeling peaceful and relaxing. The hosts were responsive and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. Future guests should know this is a pet-friendly home, so those with pet allergies may want to plan accordingly. As travel agency owners, we’re always looking for great vacation homes to recommend, and we’d gladly recommend this one to families visiting Cocoa Beach. Thank you for helping us create wonderful memories!
