House was very clean. What you see in the pictures is what you get. Very modern and clean. Check-in and check-out was easy. The beach is a short walk from the house. Beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, cart and cooler are available for use to carry all your beach necessities. Definitely recommend especially for a big group. Will be choosing to book this house again if we come back to Cocoa Beach.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Stays By OG, and I can't recommend it highly enough! Everything was impeccably clean, which made me feel right at home from the moment I walked in. The beds were incredibly comfortable, providing a restful sleep after a long day of exploring. I especially appreciated the thoughtful details that made the space feel cozy and inviting. The location was another highlight—conveniently situated near everything the area has to offer.
We loved our time at this location
Very close to the beach and a comfortable drive from Orlando. Every room has its own full bathroom and a shared half bath downstairs. The property was super clean, every room has its own large TV, a clean kitchen and a jacuzzi in the backyard. The host was very proactive and always looked to help us out. There's so much to do in the area — I highly recommend and would love to come back!

Beautiful home that looked like the pictures. Plenty of space. We enjoyed fishing from the dock and spending quality time in the house. The home is located close to the beach with just a few minutes drive to a public beach with parking.

We really enjoyed our stay! The place was clean and felt homey and very comfortable. Beds were comfortable and the location was nearby everything. My infant and toddler slept great and even my mom (who is hard to please) liked the place! I would recommend this place and we would definitely book again.
Very Nice
Very nice getaway for me and my kids. Boys had fun in the pool. My daughter and I had fun trying to fish. Large house for a large family, big pool and I love that it was on the water.
