plenty of space for everyone

We had a wonderful family stay! The home was exactly as described, with a great layout and plenty of space for everyone. The kids loved the heated pool, fishing from the dock, and seeing both a manatee and a dolphin right in the canal! The dual primary suites were a huge plus, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The location was perfect—close to Cocoa Beach, the pier, restaurants, and attractions while still feeling peaceful and relaxing. The hosts were responsive and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. Future guests should know this is a pet-friendly home, so those with pet allergies may want to plan accordingly. As travel agency owners, we’re always looking for great vacation homes to recommend, and we’d gladly recommend this one to families visiting Cocoa Beach.
