We had a wonderful stay at Stays By OG! The apartment was beautiful, spotless, and the perfect size for our group of 4 adults and 2 children. We enjoyed it so much that we even added an extra night because we didn’t want to leave so soon.The location was amazing, literally right across the street from the beach. They provided beach essentials, which made our stay even more convenient. I loved the decor, wall art, and lighting throughout the apartment; it felt warm, welcoming, stylish, and thoughtfully designed. The beds were incredibly comfortable which provided a great night’s sleep after long days in the sun. I also appreciated that they offer a high chair and Pack ‘n Play for families with little ones, even though we didn’t need them. And the best part being right above a delicious ice cream shop! It quickly became a favorite stop for our family. The hosts clearly pay attention to the details, and it shows. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend Stays By OG.

I can't say enough about our stay!
My husband and I enjoyed every single day, especially being right across the street from the beach. The Airbnb was spotless, and the beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable. They truly thought of everything: every kitchen utensil you could need, plenty of bathroom towels, beach equipment, and beach towels—just like being at home. The hot tub was another highlight. Thanksgiving holiday
We visited Cocoa Beach for the Thanksgiving holiday and rented two side by side condo units from OG. We had five adults in one unit and six adults in the other. The units were pristine, with a barely used feel. They were well appointed. The beds were heavenly as was nearly everything else about the units. We’ll be back, as the ocean is a brief walk across N. Atlantic Ave from the Airbnb with easy beach access. Thank you Francis for your fantastic communication.

We stayed with 12 family members and it was absolutely perfect! The duplex was spacious and beautifully designed with six bedrooms. The home is modern, spotless, and the kitchen was fully stocked — making it easy to cook for a large group. Upgraded bedding and plush towels made it feel high-end. Close to the beach, shops, and restaurants yet private and relaxing. The host has truly thought of everything. We will definitely be back!

Wow!! This villa was just what Cocoa Beach (and we) needed. Let’s start with check-in. Streamlined and very tech forward. Entering the unit there was a sudden fresh scent that filled the home. The hosts touches are experienced everywhere. Sublime decor and extremely well equipped kitchen are just a bonus for this home. The washer and dryer were on the 2nd floor to easily accommodate family washes without hauling all the laundry down stairs. Beds were very comfy and bathrooms were great size. Will definitely be back and look forward to it. Highly recommend this location for family and even a group of friends. You won’t regret it!!

I rent a lot of Airbnb‘s, and a lot of them are very nice but this one here was very special from the location for it being private peaceful all the wildlife the manatees the dolphins the blue heron the Mockingbird’s turtles fish from the pool, comfy beds. Great host I loved the big open space in the living room, dining room and kitchen. The views were amazing. Sunset was amazing. The early morning was beautiful. the neighbors were awesome and the host were amazing. I was very impressed with everything and I would definitely be back.

Beautiful place to stay and watch the cocoa beach air show. Couldn’t have asked for a better view of the show. Loved the balcony for people watching. The beds were very comfy and the robes were an extra nice touch. I did miss a few things in the kitchen when cooking as I planned to make pancakes and there was only one skillet. The coffee pot was nice for those that like espresso but not for those who enjoy coffee as there was no filters and hubby had to drive to Publix! Keurig one cup would be a great addition. The lighting in the home is some of the best I have seen. Overall one of my best stays in an Airbnb!! As my grandson would say “ this is luxury”

This place was top notch!! Very clean, very comfortable and the beds were just amazing to sleep in. They had everything we needed during the stay. We arrived a few hrs early and even though we couldn’t check into the place early they let us use the beach things to hang out at the beach and also put our items we needed in the refrigerator. I felt so comfortable and also safe being in this place. I would highly recommend this place and if I ever come back to cocoa beach I will be staying at one of their properties again.

My daughter is looking to move to the area so we were in town doing some research and I hope to be able to book more stays in the future when she gets to move! The property was pristine- you can tell they put a lot of care into the cleaning. Everything in the home was well taken care of. The closets all had organizers (and a thoughtful hamper in the bunk room!), the rooms were very spacious, the kitchen was well furnished, and they provided everything we needed for a walk across the street to the beach so we didn’t have to waste space in our car for those larger items like a cooler, tent, chairs, wagon, etc. we loved that there was garage parking. We were able to sit on the balcony and watch a rocket launch on our last night for icing on the cake! We will definitely be back.
