We arrived slightly before time due to early flight arrival and messaged the host — the door was remotely opened straight away, which was fantastic. The apartment was absolutely amazing, even better than the pics. The whole design and layout was fantastic and extremely well thought out. Any questions we had were answered almost immediately. Thanksgiving holiday
We visited Cocoa Beach for Thanksgiving and rented two side by side units from OG — five adults in one, six in the other. The units were pristine with a barely used feel, well appointed, and the beds were heavenly. The ocean is a brief walk across N. Atlantic Ave with easy beach access. House was very clean. What you see in the pictures is what you get. Very modern and clean. Check-in and check-out was easy. The beach is a short walk from the house. Beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, cart and cooler are available for use to carry all your beach necessities. Definitely recommend especially for a big group. We had a wonderful stay at the Salty Serenity Villa with 3 couples, each having their own room and bathroom. The hot tub on the back patio was amazing. This Villa is decorated beautifully and has anything and everything you would need — including robes in each closet! It was relaxing and quiet. We were in town for the Air Show and could just cross the street to the beach. Francis was always available to answer questions quickly. We are looking forward to going back!

This House Is Beautiful!
This house is beautiful! Everything is new and gorgeous! The decor is on point—free of clutter and everything goes together very well. There's a washer and dryer, a TV in every bedroom and a bathroom connected to each one. The beds are SO comfortable! There's also a balcony off the master bedroom—check the launch schedule, you can see rockets from there! Through the beautiful back doors there's a relaxing patio with a remote controlled awning, a spa and a shower. The host is very responsive and helpful. I'll definitely recommend this place to anyone!

As a longtime Superhost myself, I'm pretty picky when it comes to vacation rentals — and this place is a home run! Everything is brand new, spotless, and thoughtfully set up. From fully stocked drawers and top-of-the-line kitchen appliances to beach gear, a wagon, cooler, and chairs in the garage. The location is right across from the beach. Francis is incredibly responsive — I never waited more than 10 minutes for a reply. We stayed a full month and loved every minute of it!

The home is modern, spotless, and the kitchen was fully stocked — making it easy to cook for a large group. Upgraded bedding and plush towels made it feel high-end.
