Stayed with a group of friends for an annual softball tournament. Needless to say we all mutually agreed that we will stay every year in this home. It was beautiful, well maintained, and a team of host that assisted with any need you have. Looking forward to coming back next year.

My family and I had a blast staying here. With an ice cream shop close by and easily short walk to the beach, we were perfectly set up for a fun weekend. The place was clean, spacious, and easily accommodated us. The tote downstairs had all the beach amenities we could need which made packing for the trip very easy.

For the price, it was amazing — looks exactly how it did in the photos and the host was very quick and helpful.

The host was incredibly kind and responsive, offering great recommendations and making check-in a breeze. The location was perfect—quiet and peaceful, yet close to everything. Wow!! This villa was just what Cocoa Beach (and we) needed. Let’s start with check-in. Streamlined and very tech forward. Entering the unit there was a sudden fresh scent that filled the home. The hosts touches are experienced everywhere. Sublime decor and extremely well equipped kitchen are just a bonus for this home. The washer and dryer were on the 2nd floor to easily accommodate family washes without hauling all the laundry down stairs. Beds were very comfy and bathrooms were great size. Will definitely be back and look forward to it. Highly recommend this location for family and even a group of friends. You won’t regret it!!

Absolutely a beautiful place in a perfect location — and we all have that late night sweet tooth and an ice cream shop is next door. What more can you ask for? Absolutely beautiful place and wonderful experience. Loved every waking moment.
