When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
Media
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

When you connect to our guest WiFi network at any Stays By OG property, we collect the following information through our WiFi management platform (Beambox):

How we use this data
The information collected at WiFi sign-up is used to:
- Provide you with access to our guest WiFi network
- Send you marketing emails including special offers, promotions, and updates about Stays By OG properties
- Improve our guest experience
Where your data is stored
Guest contact information is stored securely in Brevo, our email marketing platform. Data collected through our WiFi network is transferred from Beambox to Brevo automatically.

By opting in at the WiFi sign-up page, you agree to receive marketing emails from Stays By OG. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email or by contacting us at info@staysbyog.co.
Your Rights
